Fantastic Hotel Near the Train Station

The location was convenient. It was easy to reach from the train station. The hotel maintains high standards and the staff are helpful. The decor is unique and provides luxury amenities. The bed was comfortable. The windows had automatic shutters controlled by a button.
I had to switch rooms because the air conditioning did not work. Even after moving, the air conditioning was still not functional. I then had to request a fan.

mixed feelings about this stay
stale cigarette smellempty minibar
the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke , a major turnoff for a non-smoker like me. for the price i paid , i expected a higher standard of cleanliness and fresher air. also , the minibar was completely empty , i find it quite inconvenient , especially after a long day of travel and no nearby shops.

The location is convenient. It is very close to the main station and the Cathedral. The staff seemed generally friendly and helpful. My room was indeed large and comfortable.
The room smelled slightly unpleasant. It had a sewer smell. My key card did not work consistently. I found this inconvenient.

my room had really good decor and i liked the comfortable bed i slept soundly the rooftop bar provided a relaxed setting the staff were helpful providing quick service. the proximity to the train station was very useful for my travel arrangements.
i noticed some dust in the ornate mirror in my room however the room felt generally clean otherwise
